N2O Monitoring Course

COURSE DESCRIPTION

Nitrous Oxide is a commonly used analgesic for dental anxiety. As a registered dental assistant, you are allowed to monitor nitrous oxide, but not administer. Throughout this course you will learn the indications for nitrous oxide use, advantages and disadvantages, proper monitoring technique, and the health hazards and abuse potential of nitrous oxide.

Online only. You can take this course at any time.

COST

$125 for the one day ONLINE ONLY course which will be five hours.

HOURS

This class will have a minimum of five hours of study.

EXAMS AND GRADING

A single written exam will be given at the completion of the course. A passing grade of 75% must be achieved.
